How many kits can a hospital order min?
You can begin with as few as 10 kits subscription. Our team will help you plan a package that suits your hospital’s scale. We also support bulk orders and recurring monthly dispatches, based on your maternity volume.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer end-to-end support including usage instructions (for parents), customized message (for parents) and co-branding assistance. Our team is always available to help with orders, customization, or delivery queries.
Do parents need help to use the kit?
Not at all. Each Momsy kit is DIY-friendly, non-toxic, and comes with a clear, step-by-step instruction guide. It’s designed for first-time parents, with no mess or stress.
How do I get updates?
Our team will keep you updated on levels and delivery timelines. Orders updates are also shared via WhatsApp, email, or our partner dashboard (if enabled). We ensure timely delivery and movement tracking for regular partners.
Are more product types coming soon?
Yes! We’re working on adding milestone keepsakes, 3d printed miniatures etc — all co-branded for hospitals. Stay tuned as we expand our hospital gifting suite.
Can these kits be customized with our hospital branding?
Absolutely! Your hospital logo, colors, and message can be included on the kit box, instruction card, and even the keepsake frame. We offer branded packaging at no extra hassle.
