  • All Momsy DIY casting kits are customized products. Orders are processed only after written confirmation from the customer (via email).

  • After confirmation, orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
  • You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
  • Deliveries to remote or special locations may take longer; we will update you about any delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for all confirmed bulk orders.
  • Shipping charges (if any) for sample or small orders will be communicated in your confirmation email before you approve your order.
